These staff will be easily recognisable in their uniforms. Should you need first aid assistance at any time during the event, please go directly to their tent.
You will be required to follow all directions given by Beer Day Out staff, emergency services and security personnel should any emergency situations occur. These directions will be necessary to ensure the safety and well being of all patrons.
Security personnel will be onsite before, during and after the event. Beer Day Out will implement a zero tolerance policy for any anti-social or intoxicated behaviour. If you have any concerns or require assistance, please approach the security personnel directly or let Beer Day Out staff know.
There will be a designated smoking section outlined by ACT Liquor Licencing, this will be clearly marked as you enter the venue.
Beer Day Out is held on the ground floor of the main building at Thoroughbred Park with easy wheelchair access.
Some breweries may choose to have merchandise for sale at their stands.
Like all big events, we will need the assistance of volunteers to help out on the day. In exchange for free entry and drink vouchers, we are seeking people to help keep the venue clean, run stock to stands and others duties as required. If you are interested in volunteering at the event, please email email@example.com.
