Rocks Brewing Co started in 2008. Now, after six years of being the quintessential Australian gypsy brewers, we have opened our own state-of-the-art brewery in the Sydney suburb of Alexandria. The once solely industrial area, is at the forefront of the Sydney culinary scene and the perfect home for our craft beers, our new brewery and our Brewery Bar restaurant.

The Hangman is a big, brash American-style Pale Ale that features a huge hit of citrus and stone fruit hop notes on the nose. Brewed with American Ale yeast and a solid malt backbone – Crystal and Carapils to be exact – The Hangman showcases Mosaic, Centennial and Cascade hops, with plenty thrown late in the kettle for extra flavour.

With moderate bitterness this Kolsch doesn’t leave much lingering in the mouth, it’s a perfect sessionable beer
